Traces - Classroom Chapter Review
Greetings! You are in one of the first classes to use a chapter from the new online archaeology textbook, Traces, produced through the Society for Anthropology in Community Colleges. We hope you will take a little time to complete this survey to let us know about your experience with the chapter you read.

As a student, you are the intended audience of this textbook, and we are interested in your honest feedback. You may not be an expert on archaeology (yet!), but you are an expert on being a college student and reading college textbooks. This gives you a perspective that the authors and editors of the text lack; college was quite a few years ago for most of us!

Thank you very much for your time and effort. If you have any questions about the review process or the textbook itself, you can contact the editors at archaeologyoer@gmail.com

Please record the TITLE of the chapter you are reviewing. *
Please rate the chapter in regards to its CONTENT.  Is this chapter about what you thought it would be about? Please rate the chapter in regards to its ACCESSIBILITY.  Do you find the information to be clearly written and accessible?  Is there anything that is too technical or that you have a hard time understanding? Do you think the chapter is appropriate for students with different learning strengths and/or challenges and from different cultural/linguistic backgrounds? *
Please rate the chapter in terms of its REPRESENTATION.  As you read the chapter, do you see diverse examples of archaeological research? Does the chapter show how archaeology matters to different groups of people? Is more than one perspective presented? If specific archaeologists are highlighted, do they come from a variety of different backgrounds (e.g. gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, country of origin, etc.)? *
