If your dancer is selected to join Boutique's Competitive Company, that guarantees them placement in 2-3 piece for the season. Beyond that, we tailor every competitive group to include specific dancers based on numerous qualities, (experience, ability, age, technique, work ethic, our knowledge of their past performance, etc.) Some of our seasoned veterans may be selected for 6 or 7 dances while some of our newer, younger dancers may only be selected for 2 dances. Each family will need to discuss the level of time and financial commitment they can make for the year. If you allow your dancer to be a part of 8 dances, they may only be casted for 6, but it gives us an idea of what you are willing to commit to. The more dances you are in, the more rehearsals per week you have to attend and the higher your entry fees will be at each competition. Please tell us the TOTAL number of dances your dancer is allowed to participate in for the 2024-2025 dance season, and any considerations we should keep in mind when casting pieces for the season. (This total is to include solos, duets, trios and groups.)
