Court of Honor Nomination Form
The Court of Honor celebrates Exchange Club members who display an outstanding commitment to the ideals and Mission of The National Exchange Club. The Court of Honor is a living memorial: a symbol of the spirit of Exchange Clubs. Induction into the Court of Honor is Exchange’s highest and most lasting recognition. A maximum of five honorees per year will be selected by the Court of Honor Committee and recommended to the National Board of Directors. Announcement of those being honored will take place at Exchange’s annual National Convention.

Court of Honor nomination submission criteria:
-  Deadline for submission: June 1 for the fall event
- $3,500 fee payable in one lump-sum to the National Exchange Club by June 1 deadline
   Check to be mailed to 3050 W. Central Ave., Toledo, OH
-  Digital photo (head & shoulders) emailed to MemberServices@NationalExchangeClub.org by June 1 deadline
Nominations can be submitted by any member, club, or district, and more than one nominee can be submitted by the same member, club, or district.

Court of Honor nominee criteria:
-  Minimum 20 years of membership in Exchange
-  May be either living or deceased
-  Must demonstrate, through a history of service, the highest and best traditions of Exchange. Their example will serve as the standard of excellence for future generations of Exchange Club members.
 A minimum of 1,000 points is required for consideration. Person completing this form should do so to the best of their ability, given their knowledge of the nominee. Points will be verified by National Headquarters staff.

Induction Ceremony:
Each honoree and a guest will be invited to the induction ceremony at Exchange’s National Headquarters in Toledo, OH, with complimentary travel and accommodations. Each inductee will be asked to select an individual to introduce them during the induction ceremony. This individual will attend at their own expense. Following the induction ceremony, honorees and their guests will also attend a celebratory dinner.  Inductees may invite other guests to attend at their own expense. 

Honorees’ names will be permanently inscribed on one of the granite pylons within the physical Court of Honor in Toledo, OH. Each honoree will also receive a statuette and lapel pin.
