Who can nominate? Any CISMA employee.
Who can be nominated? Any CISMA employee who has completed their 90-day probationary period.
What is the purpose? To recognize employees who have served CIS in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude.
How are nominations considered? The Employee of the Month Committee (comprised of five individuals of different departments) participate in the review of nominations. The committee follows a set of criteria to ensure that the process is fair and appropriate.
Criteria:
- Exemplary performance and contribution to the
agency (1-5)
- Commitment to quality and willingness to go the
extra mile (1-5)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented (1-5)
- Number of nominations in current fiscal year (1 point per nomination)
Examples of qualities to consider when nominating: dedication, reliability, initiative, creativity, leadership, hospitality, problem solving, perseverance
