The more I know about your unique situation, the more I'm able to customize our time together. Feel free to get detailed! I ask because I really DO want to know.

Some of these questions may seem odd or unrelated but trust me, there's a method to the madness.  Some of them are intensely personal, and most of them are optional. There are no right or wrong answers, I promise. I'm not judging you, just getting to know you better. I regularly hear from clients that it's the best form they've ever filled out, and I'm pretty sure that's a compliment?

There are four sections: how you live, how you work, how you think, and finally, the money, honey. 28 questions in all, and depending on how wordy you are, shouldn't take more than an hour to complete.

Pretend like we're having a conversation over coffee, maybe even a glass of wine. (I'm partial to Riesling.) I believe in building relationships and being of service, and I will use your answers here to inform our time together. I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
