By acknowledging this google form, I am giving my child permission to walk home from school at the end of the school day. I understand that my child will be given a walker pass and will need to show this to their teacher in order to be dismissed from class each day. I also understand that it is the responsibility of my child to abide by all traffic laws while they walk home from school.
