President - The president is the face of the PTA at many functions throughout the year. They are the main source of communication, and the liaison for the different committees and group to work together in harmony. Also responsible for agenda preparation / calendar coordination.

VP of Programs- Responsible for the coordination and planning of the PTA programs at the school such as Welcome Back Staff Breakfast, Ice Cream Social, Trunk or Treat, Kindergarten Breakfast. Some days and evening availability needed

VP of Ways & Means-Responsible for fundraising activities and product donations for our raffles throughout the year. Depending on the fundraiser, flexible day and evening availability may be needed.

Hospitality Coordinator-Coordinates teacher appreciation throughout the year and any of the food needs for events like Veterans Breakfast, Kindergarten Breakfast and any of our events that provide food needs.

Treasurer-Leads annual budget committee meeting and presents reports on expenses/income. Responsible for deposits, writing checks and compliance. Training and handbook provided

VP of Membership-Responsible for maintaining membership lists, and promoting new memberships. Responsible for passing out calendars to new members.

Hospitality Assistant / Teacher Liaison - Communicates with teachers throughout the year to get their input and make sure their needs are being met. Would also assist the Hospitality Coordinator with Teacher Appreciation.

New Family Greeter - Helps with events geared towards new families such as Meet the Teacher, Curriculum Night, etc. Makes sure that new families have the information needed and feel welcomed by PTA. Position is busier towards the beginning of the year.

Event Photographer / Videographer - Responsible for capturing the memories of all the school events by taking pictures and videos for social media.

Website Maintenance- Updates the website on a needed basis, makes sure all events are posted and everything is correct. Can be done from home.

Health and Wellness Advisor-Researches information and resources about being healthy and environmentally conscious. Come up with green initiatives PTA can implement and/ or assist with existing programs ie. Roadie Race

Recording Secretary-Takes the minutes at the monthly board meetings and distributes to team for review. Helps the president maintain the calendar. Must attend monthly meetings.

Donation Coordinator-Assists the VP of Ways & Means with donations from the community

Grant Writer-Looks for and applies for grant opportunities throughout the year. Position can be done completely from home

Flyer Distributer- Picks up flyers and distributes to teachers mailboxes prior to events.

Social Media-Handles all social channels.

Calendar Assistant-Creates Sign Up Geniuses for volunteers for events. Also monitors multiple calendars to make sure that everthing matches and alerts Secretary to potential conflicts. Position can be done entirely from home.
