Coaches must be a minimum of 23 years of age at the time of camp in order to attend as a coach/instructor.

This information will ONLY be used to assign roommates, and will not be shared with anyone outside of the staff involved in room assignments. Please note that we will not place biological males and biological females in the same room together unless married.

Have a friend coming who you would like to room with? Tell us their name and we will make sure the two of you are placed together! On the flip side, if you would like to request a single room, you can just say "single" here and we will make sure you are in a room on your own. Please keep in mind that the charge for a single room is a little higher than the charge for a double.

I hereby authorize Spintronix Color Guard, hereafter referred to as “Spintronix,” to publish photographs taken of me during a Spintronix event, and my name and likeness, for use in print, online, and video-based marketing materials, as well as other company publications. I hereby release and hold harmless Spintronix from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release Spintronix, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
