Food Vendor Application for Davis Craft and Vintage Fair

Please read the information below carefully before considering applying for this event:
- You must have the appropriate permits and business licenses in order to participant (through the city of Davis and Yolo County). Once you become an approved vendor we then notify them of your participation.
- There is a $50 fee to participate in each event. This $25 deposit will need to be paid 2 weeks BEFORE the scheduled event date. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining $25 will be collected on the day of the event you are scheduled for.
- As per City of Davis instructions, all food vendors are expected to provide 3 labeled bins for waste sorting: One green for organic waste, one for recyclables, and one for trash. These will be available next to your booth/truck for customers. It should be understood that your waste will be taken away from the site at the end of the event.
- Please remember that this is an application, you will receive an email prior to an event if you have been accepted as a food vendor.

***Expect an email 2 weeks prior or earlier to the event date so we need the correct information to permit food vendors/trucks on the location site.***
