Carnival After Dark Vendor Application
Please submit the following information and 3-5 pictures of your product/service for review by the Carnival After Dark Committee. Selected vendors will be notified within a week of their application and receive the registration link & ticket payment option at that time.

All spaces are 12’ x 12’ and pre-assigned, taking special requests into consideration. If your retail display is larger than 12’ x 12’, you will need to rent additional space. sharing of booth spaces is prohibited without permission from Carnival After Dark Committee.  All merchandise must be inside your assigned space. Measurements are as accurate as possible but spaces may not be perfectly square. Booth spaces will be set in the lawn and the customers will be on the sidewalk portion. Requests must be written on your registration form. Every attempt will be made to fulfill your request but no request is guaranteed. Electrical access is available for a fee. Additional tables and chairs are available for a fee.  Space assignments are final. No refunds will be granted for vendor space rental. Vendors are expected to be present from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, but if you must leave early, please contact the organizer.Vendor check-in & set-up takes place from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm on Friday, April 17th. For ease of set up, all exhibitors are to use the Student Center Circle Drive for unloading only. Vendors are responsible for cleaning and trash/debris from their assigned space into the provided trash receptacles. The vendor fair will not recruit duplicate vendors in a specific brand/product. Similar booths may be present at the fair but will in separate areas to promote equal sales for all our vendors.The event will not be cancelled for rain. More severe weather may cause cancellation of the event. Vendors are encouraged to plan accordingly. Pop-up tents are recommended for your booth to help with the “carnival feel” of the event and in case of rain. Please consider bringing weights for your pop-up tent. Collection and payment of all applicable sales tax is the sole responsibility of the Carnival participants. Sales tax is 7% in Fayette County. Upper Iowa University is a smoke-free campus.
