The IEEE Kharagpur Section in collaboration with IEEE YP AG Kharagpur Section is organizing an industrial trip to Durgapur. We are pleased to invite you all for this and the details are as follows.

Date : 7th October 2023 (Saturday)
Time : 05:30 am to 11:00 pm (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Visiting place: Matix Fertilizers and Chemical Pvt. Ltd., Panagarh, Durgapur

Last date to response by : 23rd September 2023 or reaching a point of 35 registrations whichever is earlier.

Note:
1. Industrial visit to a chemical fertilizer company at Durgapur.
2. We need to start sharp by 5:30 AM (IST) on 7th October 2023 (Saturday).
3. The seats are limited and at max we can allow only 35 people first come first serve basis.
4. The bus boarding point will be at Techclub
5. Kindly if you have any Asthma or any breathing issues, this trip is not suggested for you
6. As per company rule, Aadhar number is mandatory
