How many YOUTH will be swimming Friday night from 5:00-6:45 PM? ($8 each) *
Adults are encouraged to swim, as we will be required to have 1 adult for every 3 girls in the pool.  How many ADULTS will be swimming? ($10 each) *
How many people will be eating at the pizza party Friday night from 6:45-7:45 PM? ($7 each) *
How many youth (siblings welcome) will be participating in rock climbing on Sunday? ($24 each) We will send a link for the online liability waiver to each registered participant. *
All activities over the weekend will be photographed for articles in Chess Life Online (CLO), as well as the printed and digital magazines Chess Life and Chess Life for Kids, which have national circulation.  Local news media may also be present, and HRCA will showcase the event on social media and our website.  Do we have your permission to photograph / videotape your children for this purpose? Note that any photos taken during the pool party will include only heads above the water or girls wrapped in towels -- we will not take or use any photographs of girls visible in bathing suits. *
