Wednesday (Common Ground Gym Flagstaff)
• 3.30 Jitterbugs Mini’s (girls aged 3 – 5½)
• 4.00 Jitterbugs Junior/Jitterjam (boys and girls aged 5 ½ - 7)
• 4.30 Jitterbugs Intermediate (girls aged 8 - 14)

Mini’s sessions are 25 minutes. All other sessions are 30 minutes long. Note age ranges are just an approximation and it depends on your child's confidence, co-ordination and dance experience. If the sessions are really full I may look to add a 5 minute break in between them to ease congestion in the studios. 

Start Date and Show Date:

Lessons will start on Monday 29th April, Tuesday 30th April and Wednesday 1st March 2024. The proposed show date is Sunday 23rd June. Note Monday 3rd June is King’s Birthday so our Monday sessions will have the day off lessons and get an extra lesson at the end of the term on Monday 24th June. Note lessons are starting Week 1 this term due to Matariki falling on the 28th June (so I am not keen on having the show that weekend.
 
Fees:
Cost for the term is $130 or $250 for a family of two (or if your child wants to do two sessions) or $370 for a family of 3 (including GST). This cost includes the use of a shirt/outfit for the end of term show, access to videos for your kids to dance to at home, a certificate and a lollipop. Bank account details: 02-0488-0210115-002 Jitterbugs Dance Lessons. Fees are due by Wednesday 3rd April to lock in your child’s spot. If this is a problem, please just email me and we can work something out to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on dancing. 
 
Refund Policy:
If your child changes their mind and no longer wants to dance once you have paid your fees you will be refunded the fees less a $15 admin charge per child. If your child changes their mind about dancing once lessons have started and you notify me the day after the first session that they no longer want to continue your money will be refunded less a $20 admin/first lesson fee. Any notification after this date, but before week 2 of lessons and only 50% of your fees will be refunded as in most cases I cannot let anyone else into the session. Any notification after week 2 of lessons and unfortunately no refund will be given, however a voucher towards another term will be provided. Note if we happen to go into lockdown, lessons will continue to be provided online (where possible) and therefore no refund or credit will be given. If lockdown continues on for a while, I may look to cancel a session or the rest of the term, in which case some sort of credit towards the following term will be provided.

Don’t forget if you refer someone to Jitterbugs and they enrol for the term, you will go in the draw to win $10 off your next terms fees. You will need to get them to say you sent them when they enrol.

If you are new to Jitterbugs make sure you “like” the Jitterbugs Dance Lessons Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/jitterbugsdancelessons.co.nz. This page has regular reminders, photos and important notices. During the term I take photos of your children and these are posted on the Jitterbugs Facebook Page for friends and family to see. If you do not want your child photographed, please let me know so I can discuss this with you.
