WE ARE ABLE TO ISSUE LOAN EQUIPMENT.  

BROKEN DEVICES, SOFTWARE OR WIFI ISSUES
If you still have your device, please contact Fusion in the first instance, by phone during business hours (8:30am – 5pm) on 09 801 2800.

Follow the auto-attendant to select your Region (1 for Auckland).  A Fusion engineers will pick the call up and assist with the issue (troubleshoot).   Please leave a voicemail message if necessary, voicemails will be cleared regularly by team leaders.

If you're device needs to be sent away for repair/insurance claim, Fusion will let us know and We will contact you to arrange a loan equipment.

WE WILL CONTACT YOU with the process for collecting equipment from School. In some cases we will be able to deliver, but this may not always be the case.

NOTE:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEVICES ISSUED ARE PROPERTY OF TEREORA ACADEMY AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE COLLEGE.
- If our device or charger is damaged or broken while in your care, you will be charged the full amount for repair or the equivilant of a new device/charger.
We have a limited number of loan devices and chargers.

Priority will be given to:
- NCEA Students  
- Students where devices were handed in for repair prior to 17 February 2022
