President - Acts as Director of the Council. Coordinates efforts between all Council Members. Reports all club successes and concerns directly to Mr. Avila. Responsible for delegating assignments and responsibilities to all Council Members. Send texts and emails to Council and Club to keep them updated. Creates agendas for and conducts weekly Council and Presidency meetings.

Vice President - Offers council to the President. Presides at any meetings or activities the President is unable to attend. Responsible for updating the Drama Room Board. Attends weekly Presidency meetings as well as Council meetings.

Secretary - Takes all meeting minutes and emails them to Council. Responsible for updating Google Calendar. Responsible for updating Drama Room calendar. Helps President create meeting agendas. Offers Council to the President. Attends weekly Presidency meetings as well as Council meetings.

Social Chair - Posts multiple times a week. Maintain a strong and consistent presence on Instagram as well as other platforms. Publicize all Timpview Theatre shows and activities. Work with committee to come up with new, creative, and exciting ideas. Put THOUGHT, EFFORT, and PLANNING into each post.

Historian - Document the year through photos and videos. Create an end of year video/slideshow to be viewed at the Theatre Banquet. Every production, work with Mr. Avila and the Presidency to create a high quality trailer. Work with Social Chair to get videos and photos posted regularly.

Costume Liaison - Design costumes for all productions throughout the year. Work closely with Mr. Purdie to understand the overall vision for color and style. Work with the parent volunteers and Costume Committee to find and/or build the costumes needed. Responsible for keeping the closets organized throughout the year. Responsible for holding regular Costuming Committee meetings and reporting back to Mr. Purdie and the President.

Tech Crew Rep - Communicate the needs and thoughts of Tech Crew to Mr. Avila and the Council. Ensure that the Tech program is well integrated with the rest of the Theatre Department. Will be responsible for submitting monthly Tech Student Highlights.

Class Liaison - In charge of creating and maintaining a relationship with the students in all the drama classes (Drama 1, Drama 2, ProCo). Communicate the needs and thoughts of ALL drama students to Council. Responsible for announcing activities to drama classes. In charge of running Council Postcards. Will work with Activity Leader to plan monthly lunch time activities for the drama classes.

Outreach - Responsible for reaching out to and creating relationships with the community and neighboring High School and Middle School theatre departments. Make sure members of Council reach out to and attend other school's productions. Responsible for adding other school's plays to the Google Calendar.

Activity Leader - Add all activities to the Google Calendar and make sure they don't interfere with other school events. Attend regular Publicity Committee meetings and work with the committee to publicize all activities. Work with the Class Liaison to plan monthly lunch time activities for the drama classes. Ensure that there are two (2) service activities per year. Keep a record of all of the birthdays in the department and celebrate each person's birthday however they choose.

Monthly Newsletter - Create a monthly newsletter highlighting the accomplishments and announcements of the Theatre Department. Maintain a blog that includes interview, announcements, pictures, and any other fun ideas they might have. They will interview and write up a weekly student spotlight (they will work with the Social Chair and Class Liaison to highlight these students).
