Complete all of the fields in this form to request enrollment in online classes.

School counselors will review your request within 3 school days.

School Counselors will email you when you have been registered for your class along the information you need to access and start your online class.

Students can only be enrolled in 1 AVA class at a time. If you need to take another online class this term, when you are 75% complete with your current online class contact your counselor or submit another online request.
