Each family will need to complete the following form. This form is to help St. Joseph staff and teachers prepare for the upcoming school year. We will need a hard copy of this form turned in at your assigned check-in date. Thank you!

Traditional School: In Person Learning at St. Joseph Catholic School with health and safety guidelines in place. I have read the St. Joseph Reopening Plan Document, and I understand what this option will involve.

Remote Learning: a learning opportunity for students and families that are interested in a distance learning environment for the 2020-2021 school year. The school-within-a-school option allows your student to learn from home and remain an active student of enrollment at St. Joseph Catholic School. If you choose for your child to enroll in the virtual learning option, and it is determined it is not the best option, the opportunity to transition back to the traditional setting will be offered quarterly. I have read the St. Joseph Reopening Plan Document, and I understand what this option will involve.
