This is a pairs race where we pair up the slower runner with a faster runner.  Each pair set off in different directions and meet and exchange their baton before returning to the club.
We are currently at RED - this means we require vaccine passes for all members over 12. If you are sick please stay at home.  We will be meeting outside weather permitting.  We will require parents to marshal the course.
