This camp is an all-inclusive prep camp introducing them to methods and techniques used at higher levels of hockey, including video coaching about personal skills and habits, off-ice training on flexibility, agility, and strength exercises. Players will have 10 hours of ice and 4 hours of off-ice training run by Smoke Eaters coaching staff. Practices will be a mixture of individual skill development, positional play, and full-ice team tactics that are used at the junior level. Guest speakers will be in attendance to address the group on the different pathways and challenges players will face as they progress in hockey.

FORMAT: 10 hours of ice, 4 hours of off-ice training, group activity, video coaching and guest speakers
INCLUDED: Trail Smoke Eaters practice jersey and t-shirt
MEAL PLAN: $75 plus tax for the meal plan (includes morning snack and lunch each day of camp). Skaters are not required to purchase a meal plan. If they do not purchase a meal plan, skaters will be required to bring their snacks and lunch each day.
