CHEER Tryout Prep Clinics 2024 hosted by Panther Cheer
Event Date: February 26-29th
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Check in: begins at 6:00pm
Location: Colleyville Heritage High School Cheer Gym (Please enter the side door on Warrior Way- doors facing the tennis courts; look for Panther Cheerleaders and signs)
Cost:  $10 CASH per day

*Please note, if you do not pre-register a parent/guardian must fill out a waiver at the door.

All 6th graders and up are welcome! *This is not school specific. It's for all cheerleaders wanting to prepare.

By filling out this form and selecting Yes.  I am agreeing to a Release of Liability:  My child has permission to participate in the CHHS Cheer Tryout Prep Clinic. My child is in good health and able to participate in all activities associated with the clinics. I understand that by permitting my child to participate , I release Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District, coaches, students, and volunteers associated with this clinic from any and all liability including any claim for loss of life, bodily injury, and/or damage to personal property that may be suffered by a participant, spectator, visitor or any other person that is in any way connected with a coach’s use of district property.    *

If the participant must be taken to a hospital they will be taken to Baylor Grapevine. The Parent/Guardian will be notified immediately. If you agree to this please choose Yes or tell us what hospital you prefer.  *
