BNA Membership Application
You may become a member by meeting the requirements listed below and providing "consent" by completing the following form. Alternately, you may email (RonBmileNET@gmail.com) or mail the requisite information to us at Bridlemile Neighborhood Association 6663 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, PMB #: 123, Portland Or 97225.

All residents, property owners, and individuals who hold a business license located within the boundaries as defined by BNA Bylaws (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xLx2GMh9wmnAiZ3kRoG62xL2j8UR3C8Q?usp=sharing) and 18 years of age or older are eligible to be a member of the BNA.

An eligible person becomes a member of the BNA two weeks after providing consent, either online (below), written and mailed (address below) or emailed (RonBmileNET@gmail.com) to us.

According to the Bylaws, membership expires 12 months after consent is provided. So, don't forget to renew your membership 12 months after last consenting. There is no limit on how many times you renew.
