US Quidditch Benchmark Program Survey 19-20
US Quidditch is introducing a new benchmark program to help us identify metrics for team operations. Having metrics to measure how a team is doing will help us better identify teams that may be having challenges so USQ can better assist. This will also give teams a better idea of averages they should be aiming for in each category once a standard benchmark metric for the questions below is identified and shared post-survey.

There are a few additional operational questions in here to help USQ improve communication and services for teams. While this survey is geared towards official teams, unofficial teams are welcome to fill this survey out too.

We ask that only one person per team fill out this survey. If you are unsure if your team has filled it out, please check here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Qs1SfpvXfnpXAy5hnbqjSM5BWSZfIx7bXxPm8615v1w/edit?usp=sharing

Please allow 15-20 minutes to fill out this survey.
