The program hopes to connect 5 KYAF students aged 15-18 to THIMUN Qatar’s Model UN program. Each student would undergo 12 hours of training, under the tutelage of a team of THIMUN Qatar Volunteers. To test their ability, KYAF students will also attend one training conference in order to be prepared to participate in THIMUN Qatar 2022.

Training would be completed online by THIMUN Qatar students over a period of 4 weeks, who will then and will then support KYAF students in a training conference.

THIMUN Qatar Volunteers would also work with KYAF trainers to learn youth advocacy would open up applications from students to sign up to online training in how to be actual local policy makers in their country of residence using the KYAF training model, and will also have the opportunity to travel to Kenya and and join KYAF members as observers in the KYAF council meetings, and as contributors to YAK members policy documentation.
