Hi Waggies'/Clarkies' Family.

Please join us for our 4th Annual Waggies'/Clarkies' Christmas Ball event. Please check back on this event invitation page for updates.

The event will have the following listed below:

Friday: Meet and Greet Event (evening) -
Saturday: Christmas Ball Event (evening) - Philippines theme
Sunday: Brunch at Noon (Unofficial Event)

**Unofficial Events: (Food and drinks will not be covered by Christmas Ball fees. Each person will be paying for his or her meal and/or beverages choice.)**

There will be music provided by our very own DJ Shorty, Karaoke, Food, Christmas games, Gift Exchange, Raffles, Door Prizes and most importantly, Waggies/Clarkies family quality time.

GIFT EXCHANGE: We are having a Gift Exchange. Please bring Christmas gift ($25 minimum)

REGISTRATION FEES COST:

Pay Registration Fees by or on Tuesday, October 1st.

Ages 12 years old & over: $165 per person (Includes venue taxes & service charges for both events)

Kids over 6 -11 years old: $83.00 per person (Includes venue taxes & service charges for both events)

Kids under 5: Free

LATE REGISTRATION FEES COST: None

DEPOSITS:

$50 non-refundable deposit/per person

Due: Saturday, June 1, 2024

Your $50 deposit will be applied towards your Christmas Ball Registration fee. We have 80 tickets for the Christmas Ball Event - Saturday night. Send in your deposit soon to reserve your ticket.

GUEST POLICY: This event is open to spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, date, family, best friend, friends & kids. The more the merrier! If you're bringing a guest, each person will need a ticket. Please register your guest(s) when completing the registration form.

NAME BADGE(S):

When you pay your registration fee in full, you will receive a name badge at the Meet and Greet Event or at Christmas Ball.

TICKET(S):

You will receive a ticket(s) at Christmas Ball. There will be no tickets sold at the door.

*The proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to covering the costs of the event. For that reason, there is a $50 non refundable deposit.

*Tickets are transferable. You can give your ticket to a Waggie family member to use if you cannot attend the event. Please let me know if you cannot attend and who you are giving your ticket away to, so I can enter the information to our spreadsheet.

***In the spirit of Christmas season, if you are interested in paying it forward to a Waggie/Clarkie Family member who may not be able to afford this, you have the option to do this (either for a single or couple of tickets)***

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are accepted through Friday, November 1st (refunds minus $50 non refundable deposit will be made up to this date only.) No refunds beginning Saturday, November 2, 2024. (If you fail to arrive, no refund will be given).

Please arrive early to allow plenty of time for parking. We look forward to two evenings of reconnection and Christmas celebration with you all.
