Learn tips and tricks for managing your milk supply after you are back to work or as an exclusively pumping parent.

Understanding the mechanics of the supply and demand nature of milk production can help you to be sucessful in the breast pumping part of your breastfeeding journey.  We will discuss managing milk supply, pump settings and maintenance, tips and tricks to make pumping more manageable, and how to help your childcare provider with bottle feeding a breastfed baby.  

Virtual course is 1 hour.

Cost is $35.  Invoice will be sent after registration is completed.
