Every second Sunday of each month, Black Mountain Bowmen (BMB) hosts its monthly club shoot. For the months of March to October, the club will be hosting a 900 shoot. The shoot will start at 9 AM and typically end by 1 PM. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early to help event organizers set up target faces and stands, prepare personal equipment, and have open practice at the practice range.
Club 900 Shoot
All archers will shoot three rounds, each round 5 ends of 6 arrows, at 60, 50, and 40 yards (closer for cub archers) with a 15 minute break in between the rounds. Archers will have 2 ends of practice prior to the official shoot. Target assignments will be posted the morning of the event at the range. Archers will also be separated into their own designated divisions as according to NFAA guidelines.
