Stop! The Department of Veterans Affairs requires students to be at the "100% Benefit Eligibility Rate" in order to qualify for the Yellow Ribbon program.
Only Veterans (or dependents of the veteran under "Transfer of Entitlement") at the 100% benefit level may qualify for Yellow Ribbon funding. Active duty Servicemembers and their spouses are not eligible for this program. Child transferees of active duty Servicemembers may be eligible if the Servicemember is qualified for Post 9/11 benefits the 100 percent rate.
