Advanced Hardware Design Course (FPGA/SoC/DDR/High-Speed) Survey - Phil's Lab
I'm working on an advanced hardware design course (using Altium Designer - although principles are 'tool-agnostic') featuring the complete details of schematic design, PCB layout and routing, and manufacturing for a Xilinx (AMD) Zynq-based System-on-Module ('ZettBrett'). This course will cover system-level design, component selection, pin-out planning, FPGA/SoC schematic considerations, layout and routing of BGA package, DDR memory, power delivery, stackup/buildup, design for manufacturing, design for EMI/SI/PI, and much, much more.
Course length is expected to be around ~10+ hours, with a cost of $129 (online) or $179 (download) - both with certificate, published via Fedevel Education.
