Doors open at 5:30 pm for participants to set up projects before judging begins at 6 pm. Please arrive during that time frame. *

Projects have a 3 foot by 3 foot space for the participant's tri-fold board and any other materials needed. Please do not bring: living organisms (e.g. mold on bread, insects), hazardous materials, water that may spill, or valuable/irreplaceable items. PTA is not responsible for any unattended items.

Please select a time frame for you to present your project to the judges and public (this means standing by your project and concisely explaining your project and answering questions). Selecting a time slot will let us know when the judges should go to your project to chat with you.

Parents/Guardians: I give permission for my student to be pictured on the website, in yearbook, in e-news, or on social media as a participant in the Science Fair. *
Projects must be taken home at the end of the night. All leftover projects will be discarded. If you leave before 7:30 pm, please let us know so we can remove your project from the interactive Passport to Science Fun game. *
