CoMC Student Welcome RSVP
Represent your student organization or department at our upcoming CoMC Student Welcome on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. To RSVP, please complete & submit the form by January 10th. 

About the Event: 
- In person in the College of Media & Communication building (floors 1-3).
- All participating organizations will be provided a table, chairs and tablecloth.
- Organizations will receive their table assignment/specific table location closer to the event date. 
- Participants may provide any informational handouts, materials or giveaway items at their table. 
- Sign-up sheets & pens will be available at each table for any students interested in signing up. 
- Various food & refreshments will be available throughout the duration of the event in the 3rd floor lounge. 
- Planned student attendance is approximately 450.
- Reminder, this event is open to all students, so you may engage with non-CoMC majors. We welcome everyone & would like to see more students join the CoMC family. Refer them to CoMC Advising (room 169) if they are interested in learning more.
