On Sunday October 2nd we will be having a dinner for EOF and the senior high youth group from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. In addition to yummy food (pizza!), Sabbatical Pastor Rev. Matt Carriker will be sharing about mindfulness and spiritual practices. For the last 10 years prior to coming to Union Church, Matt was a Chaplain at Brandeis University who shared about mindfulness and spiritual practices with the undergrad and graduate students there. You will find it useful in the midst of life's uncertainty and stressors!
