On Saturday September 24th, TWO great events are happening along the Malden River to celebrate culture and community. Both of these events are free to attend ā€” we hope to see you there!

SCHEDULE 10AM-2PM Malden Reads Words on the Water Event ā€” Free canoe rides and poetry on the Malden River at the City Yard (Behind DPW - 356 Commercial Street)

NOTE: CANOE RIDES END AT 2PM. Here is the registration form for canoe rides.
FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED FROM 12:45PM-2PM

2PM-5PM Project Misik ā€” Music, drumming, and dancing by all on the Malden River at the City Yard; creating a community yard to welcome an upcoming waterfront park.
