All Bay Valley Academy athletes will be registered for the dance competitions or gymnastics meets that pertain to them unless notified through this form by, Monday, January 18th for all dance competitions and gymnastics meets. With the state opening for competitions this week, the competitions are now accepting limited entries and we want to ensure that our athletes get registered for competitions we are interested in. If your athlete will be attending all of their competitions, please disregard this form. Athletes will only be registered for competitions if your Bay Valley Academy account and booster club account is current and paid in full.
