After you fill out this order form, we will e-mail an invoice before the order is processed. Orders are date stamped upon payment, production timeline is from the date payment is made. 
Any item that is needed in less than 4 weeks will incur rush fees, there are no exceptions as we have to re-arrange the production schedule to accommodate the rush orders.
