PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Do you want to be a panelist at this year's convention? A panelist is someone excited to share their passion in a more formal way! Each panelist will have their own panel space, a digital presentation display, and speakers. Computer not included (sorry). Please note that though we adore our panelists, this does not grant you a free pass to the con. Being a panelist is a lot of fun and, in our opinion, totally worth it!

- You must have a paid-for con pass for the day you wish to host your panel.
- Every question must be filled out in this form.
- If spaces for panels fill you'll be added to the waitlist but we will try and fit as many as we can!
- We reserve the right to deny your panel entry.
- 18+ is totally, fine but we're a family con so be mindful and respectful to all folks who attend!
- You must have read the  Panelist Policies document and by completing this form you confirm that you've read the policies and agree to follow the rules! 


All communication will be conducted through the email address provided to us through this form. Please note that panel approvals and denials may take some time (approx. one week).
