Please complete this form to register for the WVIS Tea House Park Program.
We are sorry but only 1 child per form can be accepted.
The 2019 Tea House Park Program fee for Wenham residents is now $300. All Wenham residents must be a WVIS member which requires a $50.00 payment for the annual dues.
The 2019 Tea House Park Program fee for Hamilton residents is now $350.00.

Upon completion of the form, please mail a check made payable to the WVIS for the appropriate amount to WVIS, PO Box 554, Wenham, MA, 01984. Please include a note with the campers name.

CHILDREN WHOSE APPLICATION COMES IN AFTER JUNE 17, 2018 , WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO CAMP UNTIL THEY HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM THE STAFF . This is for the safety of the children. Thank you for your understanding.
