2022-2023 JLAS Kindergarten Pre-Registration

Johannesburg-Lewiston Area Schools Kindergarten Registration is now open. Children who will be 5 years of age by September 1, 2022 are eligible to enroll. Please fill out this Pre-Registration form to start the process. You will then be receiving an enrollment packet via the U.S. mail to fill out and return to school. The building secretary will reach out to schedule an appointment. In addition to the enrollment packet, you will be required to bring the following items to this appointment:

1. A certified copy of your child's original birth certificate (with raised seal)

2. Immunization Record

3. Proof of residency (rental or mortgage agreement or a copy of a current utility bill)
