The Lowcountry (LC) Flyers are boys and girls from various high schools in the Charleston area (private, public, home) forming a team to compete at the state championships in May.

Our mission is for each coach and player to become the best neighbor ever where they live, work, learn, and play through the team sport of Ultimate Frisbee.

Weekly practices and games will be 6:30-8:30 pm on Tuesdays at Gahagan Park, Summerville (football field).

Tournaments (optional) will be Saturdays (and sometimes on Sundays). The State tournament happens in Chapin (near Columbia).

There is no initial cost to come out and be a part of the team. As we move through the season we'll let you know the costs as they come. Basically, costs are:

- Jerseys ($30 for home and away)
- Tournaments ($25 per tournament plus travel expenses)

We have 6-8 coaches who will be working with our players. These coaches are chosen as much for their attitudes and integrity as they are for their skills in Ultimate. We're a teaching team which means we focus more on teaching the sport than on winning. They have all been background-checked.
