About This Survey
This survey will provide data for our blogs and our community best practices for building culture when nothing's normal.
Most of our questions are optional, inviting your candid input. As part of the survey, you will be asked your availability for a 30-minute phone call so that we can address any questions, review results to date, share our progress, and get additional information about your strategies and plans.
If you decide to complete this survey and accept an interview, you understand that we will use your data to report aggregated results through our monthly blogs, which will be regularly updated. Our anecdotal findings to date point point to inside-out/outside-in perspectives around building culture, as outlined below.
Below is an outline of our book, which are distributed through monthly blogs, and regularly updated with ongoing input through our survey, e-mail responses and interviews.
