1. A minimum number of pax is required to proceed with the event.

2. Fees must be paid in advance with a credit card/cheque/cash/NETS to secure your booking.

3. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

4. In the unlikely event that the event cannot proceed, we reserve the right to change the date or cancel the event. If that occurs, a refund of any payment will be offered.

5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.

6. An individual is considered vaccinated if he/ she has been:
a) fully vaccinated and had their vaccination records ingested in MOH’s national IT systems ;
b) recovered from COVID-19, or
c) has obtained a negative result on a pre-event test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the event

7. There may be photography and video taking of or during the event for our advertising, and publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

8. While we takes all practical and reasonable attempts to minimize any risk of injury, you acknowledge that your attendance or participation at the event is at your own risk. You release and indemnify us and its employees from any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury, or property damage) caused by or sustained because of your participation in the event. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us and keep us indemnified from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the event conducted by us.
