Currently, members of the SCASP Board of Directors (BOD) volunteer 100% of their time and pay for their individual membership fees yearly. As a "thank you" for serving on the board, and hopefully as a helpful incentive to encourage participation on the board, we are asking that yearly membership fees be waived for all SCASP BOD voting members.

A "yes" vote would mean that you agree to waive the fee for all SCASP BOD voting members, including President, President Elect, Secretary, Membership, Treasurer, and CASP Region 1 Representative. In the event that a position is co-chaired, fees would be discounted by 50% for both members occupying the position.

A "no" vote would mean that you would like to keep the original fees in place for the SCASP BOD voting members, and nothing would change.

Approval will be based on a simple majority.
