Thank you for volunteering to be a HAWC Alumni Mentor! Being a HAWC alumni member will allow you to maintain continuity in HAWC as an alumna/alumnus after you graduate. Alumni mentors are always welcome to attend lab meetings, social and professional events (e.g., conferences, career panels, journal clubs), and be involved in other research or outreach opportunities the lab is involved in. You may also list this role on your resume and/or CV. Most importantly, you will be able to serve as an inspiration and mentor for other MU students aspiring to follow in your footsteps and in!
