Trans Rights Field Survey

The responses to this voluntary survey questionnaire will be used to inform the development of trans-led recommendations for how to litigate in defense of trans rights in the current political climate. The responses to this questionnaire will be kept confidential and will only be used to inform the development of these recommendations.

How would you define impact litigation?
