Waddesdon Manor and Rothschild Waddesdon Ltd reserve the right to accept and/or decline applications after assessment of each application. The committee’s decision is final.  Due to the large volumes of applicants we receive, we are not able to give individual feedback to unsuccessful applicants. There is a 3 stage process for all applications:

Stage 1 Enquiry - Completion and submission of this application form
Stage 2 Assessment - The selection team will review your application, supporting documents and samples.
Stage 3 Confirmation of Booking - Submission of contract and receipt of deposit payment to secure booking

All NEW applicants must provide samples and/or photos of products and images of previous show set ups  This is essential information to aid in the selection process. Failure to provide this information will invalidate your application. Samples should be sent for the attention of
