The Re-opening of schools survey will provide data about you and your children's experiences during emergency distance learning as well as help SGUSD prepare and better support families for any decision made by SGUSD under the guidance from state and local authorities regarding the 2020-21 school year.

Your feedback is anonymous and extremely valuable as we plan for the 2020-2021 school year. If you have more than one child in our schools, you have the option of completing the survey for a different child after you submit the first one.
