Nomination Rules:
1.    The nominee must live in or volunteer in Carroll County Arkansas.
2.    You may only nominate one person per year and they cannot be a family member.
3. Deadline for nomination is April 15, 2020
4. All previous Volunteer of the Year winners are not eligible for this year's award.
5. Winners will be chosen by a committee of Carroll County community leaders.
6.    Winners will be announced at the YAC Grant Awards Ceremony on May 6, 2020
