Tiger Community Hub Booking Enquiry Form
We aim to provide a clear and efficient process to manage booking of our space. Below we have provided information about the rooms we have available including capacity. If you would like to go ahead with booking, please complete the below form and someone will be in contact, with a quote within 10 working days.

Available Spaces

Activity Space: This space is great for crafting based activities, as well as groups working together. Although partitioned off slightly it is still part of the open plan of our hub meaning its easy for people to come and go. This space is accessible and close to the disabled toilet, making it a great space for those with accessibility needs. Depending on space needed for activities, this space can fit 5-12 people. This space is well lit and has power sockets available.

Meeting Room: This is our only private space, so can be used for private meetings, peer support groups etc. It can also be used for any group wanting a closed off session with few interruptions. Please note this space is UPSTAIRS and therefore is NOT accessible for all. This room is very versatile  and can be used for creative activities for up to 12 people or can fit up to 20 in a more "lecture" type style. This room has multiple power sockets if needed. 

Cafe Space: Our cafe space is available for private bookings and can accommodate up to 50 people depending on layout. It's an open plan accessible space with plenty of  chairs and tables that can be rearranged to meet your needs. As use of this space by large groups will require us closing off the cafe to outside customers, booking this space does come with a surcharge. However, groups of less than 10 are able to use this space for free as long as participants are buying refreshments from the cafe. Power is available in this space.

Wellbeing Space: Our Wellbeing space is a small, quiet room great for small meetings of 1-3 people. Although this room is quiet and out of the way the room has no door and therefore is not completely private. Power is available in this room.

Please note we are also able to hire out the entire space, if you are interested in this kind of booking please note this clearly on the form so we can have a more in depth conversation about your booking.

Refreshment Options

We are able to provide a variety of refreshment and catering options for all room hire bookings. These must be booked and confirmed in advance.

Drinks Only: This option includes unlimited hot drinks, squash and water.
Light Refreshments: This option includes unlimited hot drinks, squash and water. We can also provide biscuits and/or cakes.
Buffet: This option includes hot drinks, squash, water, cake, snacks and sandwiches.
Catered (Vegan or Meat based): We can provide a range of hot food including but not limited to; soups, chilli, curry, stew. Meat based option will have a higher price.

Pricing

We have a variety of pricing options available to suit all sorts of organisations and a range of budgets. You can hire space hourly, or for a full day. We also do various refreshment and catering options. We understand that charities, CIC's and community groups have limited budgets due to funding and therefore we are able to offer a Pay What You Can Scheme to these organisations. Decisions on this are entirely up to the discretion of the Tiger Management team and are also based on the availability of space. We ask that people are mindful that we are a community based non-profit and therefore only use this option if needed as we do have minimum income requirements to pay our overheads.

Booking Notes

Opening Hours: Please note our standard opening times are Tuesday - Saturday 10am-4pm. We are able to accommodate bookings outside of these hours however they will incur an additional surcharge.

Equipment: We do have some equipment available to use such as a projector and printer. Printing will be charged per print. We also have domestic and industrial sewing machines available for hire (use onsite only).

Timings: With bookings please allow plenty of time for set up and clear down. We ask that rooms are left as you would wish to find them and that all furniture is put back after use (if it's been moved).
