Greeters - welcome guests to the event and help them find where to go.

Registration - help people register or pick up their badges

Security - ensure guests are smoking/eating in appropriate areas; help secure doors of ballroom during speakers

Hospitality - Assist, at assigned times, serving refreshments in the Hospitality Suites. Coordinate with the Hospitality Chair for these needs between the hours of Friday 2 pm through Sunday 10 am.
