2024 FBA Summer Conference Exhibits
PLEASE NOTE - 2-DAY PREMIUM SPACES ARE NOW WAIT-LIST ONLY AS OF 3-28-24.  If you select 2-Day, you will be assigned a 1-Day space, but you will also be added to the waitlist for 2-Day.  Please only pay for 1-Day space at this time; you will be notified if 2-day space opens up.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2024 FBA Summer Conference at the DoubleTree Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld.  The dates for this year's conference are July 16-18, 2024.  This year, exhibitors have 2 options:
  • 1 Day Only = Tuesday July 16
  • WAIT-LIST ONLY AS OF 3/28/24 - 2 Days (Premium Location) = Tuesday and Wednesday, July 16 and 17
FBA understands the importance of supporting those that support us, and will encourage directors to visit AND patronize the companies present at our convention.

  • After submitting the form, you will have 2 weeks to submit your payment(s) via PayPal (using the link on the FBA website) or by mailing a check payable to Florida Bandmasters Association to Mary Oser, Exhibits Manager, 200 Sparrow Dr Apt 3, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.  If paying via PayPal, please send a screenshot or PDF of your receipt(s) to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org.
  • When your payment is received, you will receive the exhibits contract to sign and return, which will complete your reservation. 
  • If payment is not received within 2 weeks, you will need to reapply.  Exhibit space is no longer guaranteed due to size limitations, and will be 1st come 1st served.
