Qaarevan hallitus hakee riveihinsä täydennystä loppuvuodelle 2022. Hallituksessa on tilaa yhdelle innokkaalle tekijälle. Haluatko olla Qaarevan LGBTQIA+ oikeustyön ytimessä ja edistää yhdessä ihmisoikeuksien toteutumista niin yliopistolla kuin yhteiskunnassa? Tässä on myös loistava tilaisuus kokeilla, miltä järjestötoiminta tuntuu lyhytaikaisemmalla sitoutumisella kuin normaalisti. Hae mukaan Qaareva ry:n hallitukseen nyt. 

Ilmoitathan kiinnostuksestasi viimeistään torstaina 15.9. klo 23.59. Huomaathan, että uuden hallituslaisen valinta tehdään vasta kokouksessa 20.9. Qaareva is recruiting one new board member for the rest of the year 2022. Would you like to be in the heart of LGBTQIA+ human rights work at the University of Helsinki and in society – as a member of Qaarevas' board? This will also be an excellent chance to try your hand at organization work without a year’s commitment. 

Please fill in the form to state your interest in the board member position by Thursday, September 15th, at 11.59. Please note that the final selection will be done at the meeting on 20.9. You must be Qaareva's member to be able to become a board member. About Qaareva's language policy, Qaarevan hallintokielestä

Qaareva ry:n virallinen hallintokieli on suomi, joten kokous käydään pääasiassa suomen kielellä. Haluamme kuitenkin mahdollistaa sen, että mahdollisimman moni  yhteisömme jäsen voi osallistua kokoukseen, joten diat ovat käännettyinä englanniksi. Myös englannin kielellä on mahdollista hakea Qaareva ry:n hallituksen jäseneksi tehtäviin, jotka eivät hallinnollisesti edellytä suomen kielen taitoa. Qaareva ry:n hallituksen dokumentointi ja päätöksenteko on suomenkielistä, sillä se on rekisteröity Qaarevan viralliseksi hallintokieleksi. Puheenjohtajan, varapuheenjohtajan, sihteerin ja taloudenhoitajan pestit edellyttävät suomenkielen taitoa, muut hallituksen tehtävät eivät ja olet tervetullut hakemaan niihin myös englannin kielellä.

The official administrative language of Qaareva ry is Finnish, so the Second Annual meeting is mainly held in Finnish. However, we want to make sure that most of the community can attend the meeting, so the slides have been translated into English. It is also possible to apply for Qaareva ry's board in English for positions that do not administratively require the use of Finnish language. The documentation and decision-making of Qaareva ry's Board is in Finnish, since it is registered as Qaareva's official administrative language. The positions of the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer require proficiency in the Finnish language, other board positions do not and you are welcome to apply for them also in English.
